We will accept for refund items returned in original and re-saleable condition (with tags attached) within 30 days of order placement. Please note that we cannot accept for return any worn, soiled, washed, altered or monogrammed items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return postage must be pre-paid and postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.
Be sure to include your return address; we cannot be responsible for shipments lost in transit.
COD’s on return shipments will not be accepted.
Please allow approximately 15 days for your return to be processed.

You will be notified via e-mail once your return/exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed.
Please be aware that your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received. To avoid disappointment and save wait time, you can email us alternate style numbers or color choices. Just let us know the size, color, etc.
REFUNDS
Items accepted for refund must be in its original and re-saleable condition (tags attached) along with the applicable sales invoice and returned to Accuwear Uniforms within 30 days of purchase. We cannot approve for reimbursement garments that are soiled, worn, washed, altered or monogrammed. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product based on your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow approximately 15 days for us receive your return. We will process your refund on the same day your merchandise arrives at Accuwear Uniforms. Please note that credit card billing cycle cutoff dates vary; your refund may be posted on your next statement.
Accuwear Uniforms reserves the right to refuse or reject a refund request for any item it deems is returned in less than saleable condition.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can take up to 15 days to process and are reshipped at no cost to you. Ground delivery express normally takes between four and five business days.
Due to production schedules beyond our control, we do not ship backordered goods. If the garment you want is not in stock please select an alternate choice item.
WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please inspect your garments upon delivery. You must report to us any damage or deficiencies within 48 hours of receiving your garment(s). E-mail us at accuwear@telus.net with your order number, name, address and details on the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you on the next business day. Your credit card will be charged for the replacement piece(s); your Visa/MC will be credited for the returned item if we receive it back within 30 days from the original purchase. Defective items may take up to 15 business days to replace.
LOST PACKING SLIP
If you do not have a packing slip or original sales order number, call us at 780-489-3838 so we can reprint it. Please provide us with the exact order date as we cannot, unfortunately, retrieve bills without that information.
